Prepare to be Impressed

Welcome

Prepare to be impressed at the Reservoir Street Lofts - unique luxuriously modern loft condos in a historic building just north of downtown Milwaukee.

The building that is now Reservoir Street Lofts was constructed at the turn of the century in the late 1800s. It housed the Wisconsin College of Physicians and Surgeons - the first medical teaching institution in the state of Wisconsin and precursor to the Medical College of Wisconsin. A shadow of the original insignia remains visible on the east wall of the building. The medical school remained in the building until it moved to an interim location on the Marquette university campus. In 2005, the building was redeveloped and repurposed into 10 condo units. There are two units per floor with 10 units altogether. The first floor units are 2 floor condos; the others are single floor condos. A 24-car heated garage and storage space was added to the east end of the building and a 9-car parking lot was built on the south end of the building for guests.

Atop the garage building is a rooftop terrace equipped with a grill and is ideal for hosting summer parties while taking in the view of the downtown skyline or enjoying one of  Milwaukee's numerous firework displays. With a south-facing unit, you also get to enjoy the fireworks from your living room and bedroom!

Inside the building, there is a small gym shared by all tenants. Each floor has a spacious lobby area with large north and south-facing windows that allow plenty of natural light in. The occupants of each floor may choose how each floor's lobby space is purposed and decorated. For instance, on one floor, there is a living room set-up ideal for intimate conversations or quiet reading. On another floor, the space houses a large foosball table for gaming entertainment!
